We now know that the Local Plan goes before the Cabinet on 12th December and then the Council on 20th December.
Despite over 6k objection letters, there will be very limited places available for the public (approx 45).)
The Cabinet Meeting begins at 4pm and the Council commences at 6pm.
At present there are NO arrangements for the proceedings to be shown via CCTV in the Assembly Hall, which is exactly the same as when Florida Farm was before the Planning Committee in January 2017.
If you wish to attend please email email@example.com.
Can you also ask why there are no plans to broadcast CCTV into the Assembly Hall to make it a fair and inclusive process?
The proposed Local Plan has proved to be controversial across the Borough with hundreds of acres of Greenbelt being released for development so therefore the decision process should be transparent and open to all with full accountability from councillors about proposals in their Wards.
